This is Kelch’s newest style gas cap for Club Car DS golf carts.
They are known to work on DS models from 1993-2011.
This new gas cap had Kelch’s newest improved float.
These new floats are much more impervious to ethanol fuel.
This new gas cap will work on any Club Car DS with a 2 1/4-inch diameter threaded filler neck.
The fuel tank needs to be at least 11 3/4 inches deep for these gas caps to work.
We have had customers use it on Club Cars as far back as 1988, but always check your depth.
Always measure from the top of the filler neck threads, straight down to the tank bottom.
If your tank is not 11 3/4″ deep, contact us as we have many more lengths available.
