Yamaha Golf Cart Gas Cap with Gauge – G16, G20, G22 & G27

This Yamaha golf cart gas cap is a brand-new gauged cap made in the U.S.A. by Kelch, the OEM manufacturer. It uses Kelch’s newly designed float, which holds up much better to ethanol fuel.

Fits These Yamaha Golf Carts

• G16 Ultima series (1996–2002)
• G20 Multi-Passenger (2000–2002)
• G22 G-MAX series (2003–2006), including the 2006 G22 Limited Edition
• G27 U-Max series (2004–2006)

Have a 2007 or newer Yamaha Drive? You need a Yamaha Drive gas cap instead: the short-neck cap for 2007–2009 or the 3″ neck cap for 2010–2026.

How to Check Fitment

Your tank needs at least 14″ of depth for the gauge to read correctly. Measure from the top of the filler neck threads straight down to the bottom of the tank.
