We carry many parts for ATV’s and Side by Sides, including spark plugs, piston kits, cables, gas caps, carburetor repair kits, fuel pumps, fuel pump kits, wheels and tires, and much more. The Part Connection offers over 30 different gauged gas caps, and remote fuel gauges. We have threaded in the 2.25″ and 2.5″ diameter, and quarter turn in the 2.25″ diameter. We carry many lengths of threaded Marine gas caps as well, just inquire.

Always be sure to measure your tank depth from the very top of the filler neck threads. Measure from the top of the threads, straight down to the tank bottom. What ever the measurement is, deduct one half inch from that total. That is the perfect length gas cap for your tank. You will need a gas cap at least one half inch less than your total tank depth.
Always measure your filler neck diameter to the very outside of the threads.
Make sure you always measure your gas cap from the gasket surface on the underside of the cap, to the end of the float rods.
