Club Car DS Gas Cap with Gauge – 1993–2011

This Club Car DS gas cap is Kelch’s newest-style gauged cap, made in the U.S.A. It uses Kelch’s improved float, which holds up much better to ethanol fuel.

• Customers have used it on Club Cars as far back as 1988, but always check your tank depth

How to Check Fitment

Your tank needs to be at least 11 3/4″ deep. Measure from the top of the filler neck threads straight down to the bottom of the tank. If your tank isn’t 11 3/4″ deep, contact us. We have many more lengths available.
