Newest style 8-inch hose vent Kelch gas cap for Arctic Cat ATVs.
Kelch is the OEM manufacturer for all Arctic Cat gas caps, and they are made in the U.S.A.
These 8-inch vented Kelch gas caps replace Arctic Cat OEM part #0470-369.
Some models have a slightly different filler neck, and the cap can end up clocking 180 degrees off.
If this happens, you can remove the gasket from your old cap, and add it to the new one.
This should make it clock correctly.
This gas cap fits the following Arctic Cat ATVs:
Bearcat 454 1996
454 1997
300, 400, 454, 500 1998
300, 400, 500 1999
300, 400, 500 2000 (Does not work on the 2000 500 automatic)
This threaded gas cap is 2 1/4 inches in diameter, and 8 inches long.
This gas cap will not work on some of the 300 models.
If your 300 model has the filler neck that tapers down at the bottom, this gas cap will not work.
This gas cap may fit other Arctic Cat models as well. Just be sure to check your tank depth.
You will need at least 8 1/4″ of tank depth for it to work properly.
Measure your tank from the top of the filler neck threads, straight down to the tank bottom.
