  • Models built before 3/1/99 use the 142.5 main jet, and after 3/1/99 they use the 145 main jet. 
  • This new carburetor kit will work on the 2000 Polaris Trail boss carburetor.
  • These new kits contain 100% Mikuni OEM parts.
  • Kit includes a new needle & seat with the vition tipped needle treated for alcohol/ethanol.
  • The newly developed needle & seat is much more resitant to ethanol erosion.
  • This new kit includes the correct main jet, pilot jet, and bowl gasket for your 2000 Polaris Trial Boss. 
  • Rebuild your carburetor with the parts it was born with.
  • All parts have the square Mikuni trademark stamp except the bowl gasket.
  • Pictures show the parts in their generic packaging, when shipped to us from Mikuni.
